Last night, Thurs 05-04-07, we experienced issues relating to the termination of our West and East links in Telehouse North.

This issue affected  dial & DSL customers on surfdsluk.com, surfdsluk.net, surfdsl and non diverse IP transit and L2TP clients

Engineers from our fibre supplier worked on the fibre ODF fault terminating in Telehouse Nortg.  By 10pm an alternative interconnect to Telehouse East  was established utilising fibre  which operated without issue.
Engineers continueto work on the issue through the night and have since restoreservice via the primary Docklands fibre ring.

We will update you accordingly, should any further information materialise.

Thank you
