You will need to have a BT landline to be able to get O2 Broadband. If you already have home or business broadband, all you have to do is contact your current broadband supplier to ask for your MAC key, and then contact us. The law says they have to give you a MAC key, so there shouldn’t be any problem.

It's easy to set up
Once you've ordered O2 Broadband, it usually takes about two weeks to get your BT landline activated with the service. By the time that happens, you’ll have received your O2 Broadband Pack, which includes the O2 wireless box. All you have to do to get online is plug it in (our set up CD will show you how) and it’s ready for action. Seriously – that’s it.
